原唱简介：
八零年代如流星划过乐坛，留下璀璨光芒与无限嘘唏的英国三人组合Johnny Hates Jazz,由Clark Datchler (主唱、钢琴)、Calvin Hayes (键盘)以及Mike Nocito (贝斯)三位大男生于1986年所组成的Johnny Hates Jazz，在其短暂却璀璨的音乐生涯中，虽然仅发行过2张录音室专辑，但其就如同另一支在’80年代红极一时的英国团体Spandau Ballet一样，都有着干净且帅气的长相以及斯文的打扮，并以其轻柔滑顺且精致的流行曲风，在80年代中后期～90年代初期掳获了全球无数女性乐迷的心。
值得一提的是，团名本是因一位朋友讨厌爵士乐而取的Johnny Hates Jazz，成军之后原先在RAK唱片公司旗下发表了首支单曲「Me and My Foolish Heart」，接着却是因为在近年底时于一个爵士俱乐部表演而为主流大厂牌Virgin唱片公司揽入旗下，并于隔年发表Virgin旗下的首支单曲「Shattered Dreams」一炮而红，自此晋身于80年代的巨星之列。 1988年Johnny Hates Jazz的首张专辑“Turn Back the Clock”在全球乐迷的热切期待下终于问市，旋即创下数百万张的销售，但令人遗憾的是主唱兼乐团的灵魂创作人物Clark Datchler却也在同年夏天离团单飞。虽说乐团在找来制作人Phil Thornalley顶替遗缺之后于1991年再度发表了一张沿袭“Turn Back the Clock”风格的专辑“Tall Stories”，却未能再续佳绩，使得Johnny Hates Jazz有如流星般在燃烧绽放出绚烂光芒之后随即陨落，留给乐迷无限嘘唏与怀念！（摘自百度）
个人观点：此歌原唱歌者音色更清新悦耳，且编曲更自然流畅，翻唱版本略逊之。
